R-101 Rucksack

The popular R-101 small rucksack is the perfect compact solution for taking your video or photo kit for shooting while not carrying a bulky bag with you. The unique quick access flap lets you get to your camera as fast as possible without stopping to open the bag.

Quick Separate access
The compact R-101 is designed to hold a Digital / SLR body with lens attached and accessories or a Mini DV camcorder. The rear padded compartment will hold a small laptop (up to 12") or additional accessories.

The frontal opening gives you separate access to your main camera in the central compartment, while the rest of the equipment surrounding it remains secure.

Additional Storage
Additional accessories, tapes, batteries, filters, charger, cables and personal essentials can be stored in the spacious arched lid compartment, the 2 outside pockets and the central mesh/vinyl pocket. The padded laptop compartment fits up to most 12" laptops.

Individual Customization
The entire internal compartment is completely customizable through the use of the provided modi-vers dividers. Protect your equipment while creating custom compartments to fit your unique equipment.

EPH System
This bag has the option to connect a torso pack or waste through the use of Katas EPH system. This provides even more carrying storage as well as up front easy access to your equipment.

The R-101s ergonomic harness includes a unique cushioning and shock absorbing system, which allows for optimal ventilation, weight distribution and 5-point adjustment mechanism.

Elements cover
The provided elements cover will protect your valuable equipment during extreme weather conditions. Simply install over the bag on the black side for rain protection, the silver side for heat deflection, or use as a dust cover.

TST (Thermo Shield Technology) is a state of the art solution that provides the perfect protection level for digital equipment while creating an extremely lightweight product. It is featured on the important areas of the bag that are subject to shock.
